Billable Items:

The Client agrees to pay and is financially responsible for all billable items which are more particularly described below:

Online remote support labor time:

Online remote support labor time is credited to the Client’s account through the Client’s purchase of our services, as further described on the Website. The Client agrees to pay for services at the rates posted on our Website at the time of purchase. Time is debited to the Client’s account for ALL time used by the Client beginning from the moment the Client is walked through the remote connection process, through the duration of the remote session, and then until the Client is called back to be advised of the completion of the support session. Time will be debited in 10 minute increments rounded to the nearest 10 minutes. A 10 minute minimum will be debited for any remote service to the Client.

The following exceptions apply:

Connection:
Maximum 8 minutes accounted for orienting the user for connection.

About downloads, PC scans and software installations:
During these issues that does not require any interaction or intervention by our experts will be accounted for a maximum of 8 minutes per idle period.

Lost Connection:
If connection is lost during the service, the client will be called immediately to reconnect with us. If the reconnecting takes longer than necessary you will be charged with a maximum of 8 minutes.

Refund Policy and Cancellations of services:

Service cancellation and refunds: Our services are non-refundable except for the following circumstances:

1. Unable to establish Online Connection. TUNEPCNOW.COM will not charge you if TUNEPCNOW.COM cannot connect with your computer in attempt to provide remote computer support service.

2. If you call us to cancel any service within 48 hours of purchase and we never made a connection with your computer. Cancellation and refund requests after 48 hours of purchase will be denied and time remaining in the account will remain in the account indefinitely.

Maintenance package cancellation and refunds: Maintenance package subscription may be cancelled at any time and no further charges will be made. Charges already made to the account for maintenance prior to cancellation will not be refunded.

Amendments to terms and conditions:

TUNEPCNOW.COM may change these Terms of Service at any time, with or without notice. Accordingly, you should return to this Website often to check for changes to the Terms of Services.
